Yes, fiberglass pools are extremely well-suited to Westerville's climate. The flexible nature of fiberglass allows it to adapt to ground movement and temperature changes without cracking, which is particularly important in Ohio's varying weather conditions. Additionally, the smooth, non-porous surface of fiberglass resists algae growth and withstands the chemicals used in pool maintenance, ensuring longevity and ease of care throughout all seasons in Westerville.

Fiberglass pools are known for their low maintenance requirements, which is especially beneficial for homeowners in OH. Regular maintenance includes:

  • Monitoring and balancing water chemistry (typically once a week)
  • Adjust timers so they will run the filtration system on a daily schedule. (adjust with each season)
  • Skimming the water surface and emptying skimmer baskets
  • Occasional brushing of the pool
  • A salt system can significantly reduce the time needed to maintain your pool by minimizing the frequency of chemical adjustments

Unlike other pools, fiberglass pools don’t require liner replacement or resurfacing, saving you time and money in the long run.

Absolutely! While fiberglass pools come in pre-designed shapes, there's still plenty of room for customization to suit your Westerville home. You can choose from a variety of sizes and shapes to fit your backyard and preferences. Additionally, you can customize your pool with various features such as:

  • Built-in spas or tanning ledges
  • Water features like waterfalls or fountains
  • LED lighting systems for nighttime ambiance
  • Custom tile work and coping
  • Extensive selection of stunning granite-like colors at no additional cost, unlike the expensive upcharges you’d face with gunite or concrete pools
  • Smooth Surface: gentle on feet and swimsuits

Our design team is familiar with Westerville's popular landscaping trends and can help you create a unique and personalized pool that fits your vision and complements your Westerville, OH home.
